We read every message that comes in. Response time is 24 to 48 hours for most inquiries, and usually faster. Here's what we commonly hear from users and how we handle each type.
Tool feedback and bug reports. If a tool produced unexpected output, crashed mid-generation, or returned an error message, that's the most useful feedback we get. Include the tool name, what input you used, and what happened. We investigate every bug report and fix confirmed issues in our next update cycle.
Feature requests. We track every feature request we receive. The most common requests from users in 2026 are longer input limits, additional tone presets for specific industries, and support for more languages. We can't promise timelines, but your request goes directly into the product backlog.
Questions about how the tools work. If you're not sure which tone to pick, whether the humanizer will work for your specific use case, or how the AI content detector scores text, ask. We answer these directly rather than pointing you to a help article.
Partnership and business inquiries. If you represent an institution, publisher, or platform interested in discussing integration or partnership, select Partnership / Business in the subject line. These go directly to the founder.
Do you offer phone support? No. Email and the contact form are the only support channels. This keeps response quality consistent and lets us give detailed answers rather than rushed verbal responses.
Can I request a refund? All tools are completely free. There's nothing to refund. If you were charged anything, it was not by AITextKit — contact your payment provider.
How do I report a privacy concern? Email aitextkit@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Concern" and we'll respond within 24 hours. For data deletion requests, we don't store your inputs beyond the generation request, so there's typically nothing to delete on our end.
Can I suggest a new AI writing tool? Yes. We've added tools based on user requests before and review all suggestions seriously. Describe the tool, the problem it would solve, and who would use it.
Where is AITextKit based? AITextKit is an independent product serving users globally, with primary audiences in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
