You agree not to attempt reverse-engineering of the service infrastructure, use of automated scripts or bots to scrape the site, or reselling access to the free tools as a white-labeled product.
The tools rely on generative AI, a rapidly evolving technology. While we work to maintain quality output, AITextKit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the factual accuracy, reliability, or originality of generated text. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before publishing or submitting it professionally.
AITextKit, its founder, and its operational partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the tools. This includes academic penalties from AI detection software, loss of data, loss of search ranking, or loss of business profits stemming from use of the services.
You agree not to use AITextKit to generate, paraphrase, or refine content that is illegal, harassing, threatening violence, or intended to cause harm to individuals or organizations. We reserve the right to block IP addresses found abusing network resources or violating these conduct standards.
AITextKit tools are intended to assist with writing tasks. Students using the tools for academic work remain responsible for following their institution's academic integrity policies. The tools are designed to support honest workflows where the user contributes their own thinking, examples, and analysis. AITextKit does not endorse or facilitate academic dishonesty, and submitting tool output as your own original work without disclosure may violate your institution's policies regardless of detection.
The AITextKit name, logo, website design, and original written content are the intellectual property of AITextKit and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. Text output generated by the tools using your input is provided for your personal and professional use. You are responsible for verifying that any generated content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights before publishing or distributing it.
AITextKit displays advertising through Google AdSense to fund the free operation of the service. Advertisements are served by Google and are subject to Google's advertising policies and privacy standards. AITextKit does not control the specific ads displayed and is not responsible for the products, services, or claims made in those advertisements. Clicking an advertisement takes you to a third-party site governed by that site's terms and privacy policy.
Text you input into any AITextKit tool is processed in real time through the Google Gemini API and is not stored on our servers after the generation request completes. We do not sell, share, or monetize user input data. Usage analytics collected through standard web analytics tools are used solely to understand site performance and improve the service. AITextKit is provided as-is and on an as-available basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, API provider outages, and unexpected technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. We do not provide service level agreements or uptime guarantees for the free service tier.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the AITextKit platform at any time without prior notice. This includes updating the AI models powering specific tools or adjusting access parameters to maintain service stability.
AITextKit relies on third-party services including Google Gemini API for AI processing, Google AdSense for advertising, and Cloudflare for content delivery. These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of the service that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to binding arbitration. By using AITextKit, you agree to resolve disputes individually rather than through class actions or class-wide arbitration.
